Not received Raddus LSB after purchase

Bought the Raddus LSB on the Webstore and when I load into the game on my app I was given a couple thousand crystals instead. I double checked my email confirmation of what I had bought and it was definitely the Raddus LSB. It went from the store but came back a few hours later. I’m missing out on the shards from the event right now because of this issue
