Not receiving correct amount of shards on Journey Guide.

Hi. I don’t know what to do, I left a comment a few days ago but am yet to get a response. I completed all the tiers on the Jabba the Hutt galactic legend journey guide but I’m stuck on 320/330 shards. 

I have read online that it happens sometimes to other players. Any ideas on how to fix this ?? :(
