Not receiving Loaned Unit Upgrade Tokens

I purchased the 30 shard and 100 shard packs for Yoda (Dark Side Vision). I received everything from those packs except the loaned unit upgrade tokens. My loaned units are at LVL 47 when they should be closer to LVL 56. Can someone help me with this, please?

(I’m not sure if I’m mistaken or not, but I know that the Mara Jade packs had loaned unit upgrade tokens in them)
