Not receiving verification email-unable to get in webstore or login on PC/phone

My email is functioning and not full but I am not getting any of the verification codes from EA to login. I've seen posts about the EA chat but none of my answers are valid on the third question, "What platform are you using?", so I'm unable to even start that.
