We've checked our logs and according to them, you did not join the current Grand Arena Championship, sorry.
During the sign-up phase of Grand Arena I was able to join and access it. After the period is over it disappeared and now says grand no grand arena available. I’m highly disappointed as this is my favorite event in the game, and now I am missing on all the rewards as well as everything that comes along with the event. Is there anything to do to fix this?
I have also created a ticket for this issue (49628603) and was instructed to post it here so that the studio team can look into this and they will take corrective actions.
I had the same problem and got the following response from raising a support ticket 4962832:

I have the same problem, got a Ticket #49635410, and was told as well to post here!
I entered the GA yesterday and at the end of the registration period the GA dissapeared
