Not sending verification code to email

Dear team,

on my alt account I cannot log in to the web store or the forums (ally code: 851-887-188). 

this is because the verification code I request does not get sent to my email address. I have asked for it to be sent many times over the past few days and nothing arrives. I have checked my spam and rechecked the correct email address has been submitted. 

please can you help as I have kessel run rewards to collect and the parasec things to collect after I brought the battle pass and I do not want to loose them.
