Old SWGOH ban - no available appeal process / requesting guidance

Regarding the C-3PO event, I want to clarify one important point. For repeatable PvE events like this, I very often used repeated attempts and resets. If a battle was going badly, I would restart it and try again many times until I got favorable RNG and the fight eventually ended in a win.

As far as I understand, repeatedly retrying a PvE event until the RNG works in your favor is normal gameplay and is not cheating by itself. I did not use any third-party software, modified client, scripts, or other tools to alter the result of the battle.

So if the C-3PO clear with Teebo lead, Paploo, Logray, Ewok Elder and Ewok Scout was considered suspicious only because the team looked too weak for the result, I would really like to understand what exactly made it appear impossible rather than simply very unlikely after many retries.

As for the GAC matches from September/October 2023, I honestly do not remember those specific battles anymore. If you are able to share the exact matches, opponent names, dates, team compositions, banners, battle duration, screenshots, or any other details from the To Catch a Cheater records, I would really appreciate it.

I am not trying to dismiss the information you found. I am trying to reconstruct what happened and understand what specific activity was considered cheating.

If there are concrete records showing something that would be impossible under normal game mechanics, I would like to see them. But if the concern is based only on an unusually strong result from many retries in a repeatable PvE event, then I do not believe that alone should be treated as proof of cheating.

I dug a bit in the cheater discord server, looks like that account cheated on c3po (teebo lead, paploo, logray, elder scout full g8) and in gac back in september/october 23

I found my actual Ally Code in an old guild record.

My correct Ally Code is: 559-973-254

The identifier I posted earlier was not the Ally Code.

I understand that community members cannot review or remove the ban.

One important detail I discovered only recently is that the identifier I used in my previous appeal submissions was not my 9-digit Ally Code. I had mistakenly used another EA account identifier.

So I am now trying to recover my actual Ally Code and determine the actual date when the ban was applied.

My concern is that I was already unable to access the game in July 2024, while the current appeal form says it only accepts bans issued after September 30, 2024.

I am not asking the community to decide whether the ban was justified. I am only trying to find out whether there is any official EA or Capital Games escalation path for an old ban that cannot be handled by the current appeal form.

If anyone knows of such a process or an EA/CG contact who can clarify this, I would appreciate the information.

If you submitted the form, there's really not much else to do. 

If you've been banned for two years, you should probably give it up as lost.

Usually the bans are because of cheating.

I have already submitted the official Ban Appeal Form several times, but I never received any response. I now understand that the identifier I previously posted, 87b6a4a1cd704020, is not my Ally Code, but another EA account identifier. I am currently trying to recover my actual 9-digit Ally Code. There is also another problem. The official appeal form states that it can only investigate bans issued after September 30, 2024. I have an EA Help email from July 23, 2024 confirming that I was already unable to access the game at that time. I cannot confirm whether the actual ban had already been applied on that date because EA never told me the exact date or reason. So my main question is whether there is any appeal or escalation process for an account that may have been banned under the previous system. If anyone knows a way to contact the appropriate EA or Capital Games team regarding an old ban, I would really appreciate the guidance.

I will update the post with my actual 9-digit Ally Code once I recover it.

Regarding the “repeated offenses” message, I understand that it may be associated with different types of account enforcement, but EA has never told me what specific violation caused the ban. That is exactly why I am trying to find a valid appeal route and request a manual review.

Didnt read it fully. Number you gave is not ally code. Ally code consist of 9 digits(761-716-909 for example). "Repeated offense" doesnt mean you were rude, account ban with that notificstion can be bannned cause of the potential cheating. If you post your real ally code then, as a community, we can try to guess. Only thing you can do is appeal, neither of us has power to help you.
