Summarize your bug In GA with omicron Merrin,she gains 100% tm but doesn't actually take a turn vs JMK until some other sister dies
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go in grand arena, against JMK team both AV and Merrin have omis The team was Talzin, Daka, Merrins, Ventress, Acolyte And she doesn't take turns as she's supposed to

That is the video, as you can see at one point Ventress, Daka and Merrin remain, then each time Merrins does a basic, due to Talzin's lead she calls a dead sisters to assist, Merrin's kit says "Gain 100% tm whenever a NS ally is defeated OR revived which can't be prevented "

So when the dead sister assists, Merrin gains 100% TM then said sister dies so Merrins should gain 100% tm again, she should be sitting at 200% tm, so she should take another turn, which doesn't happen.

Then at 0:40 she is killed, and when revived her omicron is no longer working, you can see at 1:42 Talzin is killed, then Ventress is killed and Merrin is still sitting at 0% tm 

This just cost me a potential GAC win, any follow up on this?

This is working as designed. Additional turn meter gain at 100% speed fill does not give additional turns. The Turn Meter Overflow is tracked and gives Merrin priority for the next turn if multiple characters have 100% speed fill.

That's not what this is referring to, assuming there are 2 NS dead, Merrin takes a turn, does a basic which calls a dead sister to assist that revive give her 100% tm and then that ally dies giving her 100% additional TM, so after taking one turn, she should take another (if no one surpasses her tm overflow)

But that doesn't happen, instead JMK with 10% TM somehow takes 1 or 2 turns before Merrin 

So, Merrin takes a turn, gets down to 0% tm, then an ally revives then dies, and merrin is once again at 200% tm but she doesn't take another turn, but characters that were less than 100% tm somehow take turns before her
