Online purchase and haven't received the crystals

I purchased a crystal pack on 11/19. I have not received the crystals yet. I was told to wait 24 hours and still haven't received them. I was told to open an in game ticket, which I think I did. However, the response I got today was a canned reponse about Grand Arena rewards and to wait 72 hours. I have a case number. How do I get some attention or chat with someone? WHen I use the online chat tool, they tell me they can't do anything because it is with a specialist?  

I don't get any emails or notifications, how do follow up?  When I go to "My cases" link, it says that "waiting on player" .

    There help desk is difficult at best. I purchased these via the EA Webstore and used PayPal. 
    However, the help desk is telling me that I need to show proof of purchase through Google Play. I did not purchase these through Google. I have been going around in circles. All they do is keep sending me a link on how to upload screenshots of GooglePlay/GooglePay activity

      We escalated your case. An EA Help agent looked into it and confirmed that you received the crystals without issues. They replied to you in case 195825786.

  • The response I got confirmed I received the 2nd order of crystals on the 20th. The ticket and claim I am having an issue with, is in regards to the purchase I made on the 19th. I purchased 2x $49.99 crystal bundles. 

    In regards to the case # you cited, I don't have that number. The only case I on record is 195454820

    This is all about the first order I made on 11/19. That is the one I am missing. Not the order that I made on the 20th. I just looked at my cases on help.ea.com and it shows only 1 case 195454820 being closed. They said there is no record of a purchase on the 19th, yet I will repeat again, and upload again, that I made two purchases and was charged twice.

  • The response I just received via in game message, states that I only made 1 purchase on this account on the 20th. However, they responed that based off of the invoice purchase number i showed them, that it went to a different account. I don't have another account. If the purchase was redirected to another account and they can see where it went, than by all means take it from that account and give it to me since I purchased it.
