Online purchase and haven't received the crystals

I purchased a crystal pack on 11/19. I have not received the crystals yet. I was told to wait 24 hours and still haven't received them. I was told to open an in game ticket, which I think I did. Howe...

There help desk is difficult at best. I purchased these via the EA Webstore and used PayPal. 
However, the help desk is telling me that I need to show proof of purchase through Google Play. I did not purchase these through Google. I have been going around in circles. All they do is keep sending me a link on how to upload screenshots of GooglePlay/GooglePay activity
