Only received crystals after purchasing SEE LSB 1

Was there any solution to this? I had the same issue… it is very annoying…

There's nothing you can do about it cus EA has like 72h to give u what u bought, I bought the darth revan one on 29/12 and still got nothing.

I also have a friend who has bought a lightspeed bundle a while ago and he said that the game was bugged and it took EA 3-4 days to give him his bundle 

I have not received a solution as of yet but was told by in game support to wait till after the holidays so hoping after new years something will be done 🤞. I hope you also received a resolution to your issue as well 

Idu how that’s legally a thing. If you buy something from a store and they give you something other than what you purchased, they’re obligated to provide what was originally labeled on the receipt. You can’t just receive whatever someone feels is appropriate and then call it well. 

I’ll wait till after the new year as instructed by in game support and hope for them to provide a solution. 
in your case, was neither ever received at all? Did you try creating a case with help.ea.com? I hope you eventually received a solution. 

I discovered this when i was reading the receipt in the  conditions 

(When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase EA Content at the Purchase Price (as defined in Section 3 below) on the terms set forth in the order. Most offers are accepted and processed by EA within 24 hours, although in some cases it may take EA up to 72 hours to process your offer. Once EA accepts your offer, we will charge your Payment Method and send you an email confirmation of your purchase. Our obligation to deliver your EA Content to you begins when your order is completed and ends when and where you receive your EA Content. EA will not deliver any EA Content to you until your Payment Method provider authorizes payment.)

I think the above would be valid IF the following wasn’t in play:

1. My order was completed and monies were taken from my PayPal balance (not to mention an attempt at a second charge on my CC). Both of these actions, I received email receipts from PayPal
2. my order was confirmed within 5 mins of my purchase and I have the confirmation from EA
3. EA cleared accepted my offer to purchase otherwise points 1 & 2 wouldn’t have occur. 

EA has not fulfilled their obligation as I have not received my bundle, yet they have my money & the offering of crystals as compensation isn’t sufficient especially when what was provided doesn’t equate to the real money spent

the 24-72hr that you reference in multiple posts is for processing the order. That is null since they immediately processed and confirmed.

the last point of “EA will not deliver any content until payment method provider authorizes payment” … this is null since they already withdrew the money from my PayPal account 

i have also been told to wait but I still want my LSB, they better do smth its been almost 4 days now 😂😭

I hear ya and we’re all in the same boat. Just trying to stay positive on it and hope that it’s just because of the holiday season and that after the new year solutions will get posted. As it is, the SEE LSB 1 no longer shows in my in game store, even though there are 4 days left. 🤷‍♂️ idk man. Just waiting and crossing my 🤞🙏. I just want my toons

how come does it not show up in ur game store ? even the bundle i bought still shows up (at the end of the day all we need to do is wait and cross fingers and hopefully everything should be ok)

Sent you a DM. Idk what happened but someone pushed it through and my toons were upgraded just now after accepting the compensation tokens sent by customer support last night
