Opponent's Leviathan Bug Allowed Them an Extra GAC Battle Victory

Summarize your bug In GAC, my opponent defeated my Negotiator fleet with their Leviathan, however when the battle ended the Negotiator itself was left alive. My opponent received points for the win, but then was able to defeat the lone Negotiator a second time, earning additional points and securing the win (making up for 3 dropped battles vs 0 dropped battles from me).
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Defeat an oppoenent's fleet in GAC or TW with Levithan while Levithan is controlling the opponent's capital ship.

We were attack at the same time, so I was able to see some of these things as they happened. For example, I saw my opponent's score go from 1500 to 1550. As that didn't make much sense (how could they score 50 points without defeating my last fleet and therefore earning the additional points from clearing the zone) I checked to see what had happened. I was left with my solo Negotiator standing. My opponent was upset and we chatted in game about it, as you might expect in a PvP game mode when a glitch causes you to fail. 

I went on to fully clear my opponent without any losses for a score of 1802. As my opponent had 3 losses already, we both felt the sting of the bug was lessened as I would have won regardless. To my surprise later though, my opponent finally went in to attack the lone Negotiator just to see what would happen. Because this attack resulted in my long Negotiator instantly being defeated, my opponent earned victory points for this battle AGAIN, thus overcoming the deficit from 3 dropped battles and earning 1810 points. 

This has cost me the 825 match crystals, plus whatever difference in potential end of round crystals for not being able to battle for a higher place.
