P1 Heroic Sith Raid General Skywalker + 501st Clone, Fives behaving strange

Summarize your bug I was running GS + 501st Clones in P1 of the Heroic Sith Raid. There where multiple odd things and I don't know if they're all diffrent bugs, all part of one bug or even intended and not a bug at all. Here's a rough timeline: I used Unbreakable Will on Rex to catch the first anihilate from Nihilus. After Nihilus used anihilate on Rex he got back to full Health and about 70% of his Protection when Nihilus used his AOE. Fives nodded oddly with his head for the rest of the battle whenever one of my toons got a turn (just like if his dying animation would start and be interrupted), can't remember if it was after the AOE or even after the anihilate. Around the time Nihilus got to enrage GS started loosing Protection, guess he had defense down at that point (also never happened before but I'd say it's WAI). Not 100% sure about that but I've seen Nihilus taking away Protection an his attacks. As soon as GS got his turn he went on his knees (don't know why he didn't right after he lost all his protection) and Fives died without anyone else taking a turn. My guess is that there is a issue with the Unique Zeta on Fives cased by a combination of Unbreakable Will, anihilate and GS Leadership ability and maybe Nihilus AOE. Somehow Fives Unique must have (unintended!!) been triggered causing Rex to regain Health and Protection instantly after beeing hit, Fives to nodd with his whenever allies take turns and dieing right after GS goes on his knees.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no idea, was the first time running into it. Don't know which of the steps above lead to this issue or if I was missing something important causing the bug.

I only got one screenshot (a few turns before Fives dies), with GS having no protection and Rex having 100% Health and about 70% Protection even though he was down to 1 Health due to Unbreakable Will.
