Paid for bundle and never received it

I was foolish and tried whaling for a character for the first time and bought both appo bundles to try and get his specific datacron. Only problem is after I paid for the large bundle it never arrived to my account and now the event is over and I still don't have the 7 star Appo cause EA just said "We have your money enjoy your bundle" and ended the chat even though I've still not received any of it. Immensely frustrating, would honestly prefer a refund at this point for the large bundle since I can't even get the datacron but at the very least want what I paid for.
