Paid for G12+ Injector Packs months ago - G12 now, and nothing- Refund please!
Hello. Several months ago - I'm going to say four, although I could pull up the Google Play receipts from my e-mail archives, if it would help. My primary team is First Order, which I had decided on pretty early. Well, about 4 months ago, I saw items in the store called G12+ Injector Packs. They cost $20 (plus tax, obviously), and I bought several of them for two reasons - in the short term, they offered a decent amount of character shards (there was one pack for each character), and in the long term, they had character unique g12 injectors, which were advertised to be a prebuilt version of that character's unique weapon. I am referring, of course, to the weapon you have to build for every gear level 12 character in their bottom right gear slot that takes 50 of one of the three injector types (I can't remember all the names off the top of my head, but there's one for lightsabers, one for blasters, and a third one). I know I bought the injector pack for the Sith Trooper, the Imperial Executor, and Captain Phasma. Well, my Imperial Executor got to gear level 12 recently and - nothing. No injector to use, no ready made weapon, no parts to build the weapon. Nada.
So in essence, I paid $20 3 (or 4 times - I may have gotten one for unmasked Kylo Ren as well) just to get 20 character shards each time, which, as you can obviously tell by looking at the price of other character packs, is clearly a huge rip-off. Also, once I noticed that there was no injector or weapon available to my character once he reached gear level 12, I checked, and there are no longer injector packs available, for any heroes at all - period. I can only assume that either A) The fully built weapon on top of the character shards seemed too cheap for $20, or B) There was some kind of glitch, like what I'm experiencing, and so they were simply pulled from the store. Whatever the case, I was essentially ripped off; clearly the majority of the cost of those packs was based on the idea of having an injector you could use to make a pre-built weapon for the specific character that you bought it for. So, I spent $60-80 on a measly handful of shards . I would be happy to be refunded $60 worth of gems; obviously, I would prefer Google Play credit, but since I could potentially spend that on another app (although I wouldn't, since this is really the only game I play), I don't expect actual credit. But I feel that either $60 of gems, or, if possible, the components to build the weapons for unmasked Kylo Ren, Sith Trooper, and Imperial Executioner would also be satisfactory to me.

Also, if this is the inappropriate place to post this, I would appreciate being directed to an EA employee who can help me get this issue resolved. Also, if that is indeed the case, I would really appreciate hearing if anybody else has any experience with injectors/injector packs, as the entirety of my guild and two bustling SWGOH discord rooms had no idea what I was talking about, to the point where they hadn't even heard of an injector pack. This is just a big deal to me, as I have very little money to spare on this game, and definitely can't afford to have it be wasted like this. Thanks to any and all who can help!

However, both of those people actually got something, at least - except for a few character shards, I ended up with nothing, and I bought more injector packages than any of those people.
