You might be the only one who got their LSB, the amount of ppl getting scammed is crazy
Hi.
At first, I contacted EA Support through the automated chat, but it didn’t really work. The system eventually created a ticket for me, but after some time it disappeared, probably because it was closed automatically.
So I opened a new ticket and made sure to include everything — the purchase receipt from my email and a screenshot from the game showing that I didn’t receive the bundle. This time, I decided to keep the support page open on my PC for several days, just to make sure the ticket wouldn’t get deleted or closed before someone saw it.
After a few days, Support replied, confirmed they understood the issue, and passed it to a specialist. The next day, the specialist checked everything, confirmed the error, and restored my Lightspeed Bundle. They even let me keep the extra credits as compensation for the inconvenience.
So if anyone else runs into this problem, I’d recommend attaching clear proof and keeping your ticket open until they respond — it really seemed to help.
