Community ManagerHi there. Have you tried power cycling your modem/router and restarting your PC? To power cycle your modem/router, unplug it/them for 2 minutes and then plug them back in. Let me know if this helps or not. Thanks!

Yes I've done that.
It doesn't help, as I alluded to in my first post I can connect to the server on occasion, usually after an uninstall/install activity within the EA Client app. It will allow me approximately 5 minutes of connectivity before it then decides it can no longer see the server.

Have you tried changing your connection to use a mobile hotspot? This would be just as a test. If it works fine there, the issue resides with your home network equipment or ISP.
You can also try clearing the EA App cache with the instructions here.
If that doesn't help, try repairing the game with these steps.
