Pending Transaction

Hello friends. 

A couple of days ago I reached out to you, to ask your help with an issue at the store

When trying to buy something a message appears. The message is "Pending Transaction we are currently processing a Transaction try again, later" 

It went away for a couple of days but now it is back. 

Could you help me please?
