Phone broke ea says no way to help
No I did not save my player I’d or ally code. If I got kicked out of the app I always logged back in with my ea login. So naturally like a normal person I thought I would be able to download the app and login to my ea account and get my info after my phone broke. Ea says they can’t help and that never worked. I call bs because it did happen and it did work. I wouldn’t be so pissed but I spent money on this effing game. I will no longer buy or let my children buy ea games. Thanks for ruining a good time for me. Many expletives and bad wishes.
As you know, having your Ally Code is essential to move your games to a new device. As your previous device is not available:
Don’t have access to your old device?
Ask a friend or guildmate to check for your Ally code in-game on your character tab.
They can find it by tapping on your name in the guild list through Manage on the Guild screen, or by tapping on your name under Manage on the Allies screen.
