PKH stealing buffs he shouldn't.

PKH is stealing buffs that normally he shouldn't be able to. I saw it happen with Hatred and Bounty Hunters Resolve, but did not think to screenshot it. My guild member caught it happening with Ancestral Resolve as seen in the picture.
