Players Vulture droid will not respawn if there's no free slots before it dies

Summarize your bug Swarming Terror ability: When this Vulture Droid is defeated, it summons another Vulture Droid if the allied Capital Ship is Separatist and there is an allied combatant If the players Vulture Droid is defeated while there are four other allied ships then it will not respawn (my guess is that it checks if there is a free spot to respawn into before it dies).
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Kill a players vulture droid (not the summons) while there is five ships (including it) on the table.
