I'm a years old player of SWGOH. Today morning, I was playing the game, grinding the relic materials, and while I was clicking the Raid Currency option to buy Bronzium Wires, something happened at my house, and by mistake I pressed the option to purchase 4000 crystal of Bronzium Wires. Is there any way I can get back my crystals ?
Cog in the top left in the game and then 'help'.
How do I raise a support ticket ?
You should remove your player ID immediately. Ally codes can be shared freely but the player ID should not.
Your only chance is to raise a support ticket in game. Others have done this and some have had full or partial refunds. Some have not been so lucky.
