Summarize your bug Plo Koon's Jedi Starfighter no longer can give TM to Capital ship. Before the update, the move, "inspiring charge" would give all allies TM, including capital ship. This is what made plo koon's ship so amazing.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try using "Inspiring Charge" and see that the Capital Ship does not gain the bonus TM.

Thanks for the report. This was actually a bug with Plo Koon's Jedi Starfighter (it was not supposed to grant TM to Capital Ships) that was fixed in last week's update.
