Point not assigned in GREAT ARENA
First match, I have lost killing an enemy: point expected 11, point gained 0.
on the panel I see: 1 match registered on the battlefiled.

Did you hit the red Forfeit button after battling or the Green Submit one at the end? If you hit Forfeit, you don't get the points as it resets the enemy squad to full health and default speed/turnmeter rather than leaving them at whatever they were at when the battle concluded
I did everything as usual... 0 points.
