Possible Ban Bug

I've seen multiple reports of players getting banned for completing Tier 3 of Colliseum while around the level 30 Unit level. I don't know what detection system CG is using for this, other then having an over tuned benchmark system that may be automatically banning players they thinking are getting scores they shouldn't be.

Both players I'm aware of that recieved bans, did so at the same stage. Tier 3 completion. And beginning stage four. CG may need to look into this as it's a stage of Colliseum many F2P players are starting to cross into.

It seems to be OK for me too tonight. I managed to log in the app before the website. No explanation by mail or in my ticket. Let’s see if it happens again…

A theory I've seen proposed, which sounds plausible to me, is that the autoban algorithm was not updated to take Choda into account. So beating tier 3 was deemed impossible with just Luke and IG at 29/30, but obviously throwing Choda into the mix now makes it possible. Would explain why people above this level and/or past tier 3 already were not seeing the ban.

Do you have suggestions? I would like to play Coliseum, as I actually like it and like upgrading the characters and receiving the rewards. I also need to do it for quests. But I do not want to risk a ban. My characters are at lvl 30 and 29, which means I theoretically could beat tier 3 and experience the ban. Should we wait to see if CG addresses the issue (it’s been posted under bug reports)? Do we need to expect this issue every time a new era character is released? Do you think/know if it’s safe to play with only Luke and IG and leave Choda out?

I think it’s to do with the granted abilities on loan units being L1 whereas now we get Choda’s masters training from L30 that’s blowing the ban calibration out

When I was trying to figure out my ally code I started with logging into the EA website; it asked for a code they sent to my email, I entered the code, nothing happened and they asked for a new code.
Luckily I found my ally code at swgoh.gg
