Unfortunately if the guild mate was removed before claiming their rewards then they can no longer receive them.

@emergeworld What do you mean he "didn't have time?"

Was this player removed from the guild before receiving the rewards? Did he not log on for 7 days (I think that's how long the rewards expire)?

When the battle was over, he was removed from the guild.
He complained that he had not received an award for the event.
Please check if he has received any awards.
