Problem with ea connect linking and hacker is worse

Hi,

someone just had access to my account, I have saving crystal from 45k till now only 900 left, the problem is on the ea connect linking side, ea or cg should at least implement additional verification for unlinking the ea account, as of now the suspect still playing with my account, because the data was still on their device, even i manage to link back the ea account, they can unlink it again anytime, I did tried contacted ea but their answer was as always dissapointing and still refering to the faq that available on their help page. Is there a way to mitigate this? or does either ea or cg can do something to remove their access to my account? like ban ip or something? because i dont know what else to do, my account still wasn't safe at all. Both of my apple and ea using additional verification but it doesn't matter anyway if the suspect still has the data on their device. It's a 9 year progress of the account and some money, its really hurt when I just find out that someone else messing with my account.

I hope either ea or cg would read this or at least care, rather than giving me an answers from help page.
