Problem with recent LSB purchase

Bought the recent LSB through the PC client , purchased bugged and they gave me crystals instead. Now support don't want to refund the amount, any suggestions as to where I can get this sorted out outside of this terrible chat support?

Bought it a second time on android a few hours later expecting to be reimbursed for the 1st bugged purchase eventually but apparently they considered everything ok since i got crystals but i never wanted to buy crystals in the first place. 

Very dishonest pratice.

    They don't seem.to have gave me one, order number was 1006045940557 for the bugged LSB

  • You can find the case ID on EA Help under my account > my cases. Without the case ID, I cannot escalate it to EA Help's specialist team.

    Hello, thank you for following up, I was away from my computer for the last few days

    The first case was on https://ea-production.helpshift.com/hc/en/
    and the platform and support staff never submitted a case number but are still stalling for the refund. 

    I've opened a case with eahelp  #188797182 and they said their tools are "experiencing issues" and are unable to help and to try again, which i will but If you can escalate it I'd be immensely grateful
