Problem with webstore

If the purchase fails to go to your game, CG "compensates" you with what they feel is an appropriate amount of crystals for what you paid.  You lose the ability to buy the pack in the future as well.  Recommendation, Stop All Purchases from SWGOH until they actually fix their game.  This has been a known issue for years.  As long as they dangle that carrot, the ill informed are going to bite and give away their money.  Hundreds have posted on these forums about this issue and it feels like it has risen even more since the Nov 2025 update.
