Problems with receiving rewards

I’ve been playing SWGOH for a very long time, but this is my first time posting here on the forums. I am just so appalled by the lack of support for the game that I do love to play. The community does so much for this game, and the developers can’t even develop a basic checker system for players to get their rewards. I recently made a new account and a few months ago attempted to unlock Commander Luke Skywalker, and was successful. Unfortunately, my game crashed right as I completed the event and I never received the rewards for the final tier. So, I am stuck with 275 CLS shards without the ability to replay the event and get the rewards. I have contacted support multiple times, and each time I have been either told that I have already received rewards (which I clearly haven’t- as per screenshots), or the conversation went nowhere. I still play the game daily, and am happy to collect these characters at my own pace. However, not receiving these shards is delaying my progress, and limiting my ability to unlock new characters in the future. I’m writing this mostly out of frustration, and with the hope that others out there have had similar experiences so that this issue can be fixed.
