Unban status

Good morning! I’m writing this to request some clarity, as I was banned about 2-3 months ago. My ally code is 837-733-471, and I was apparently banned for “cheating in the colosseum”. I did some brief research and found that Ahnald made a video on it. I apparently had a really good colosseum run, which I was quite pleased to find out. I thought to myself, “great! all I have to do is submit an appeal”. Wrong, I made an appeal about 77 days ago, which was the day I got banned, I waited, and waited, and waited, still banned. After about 60 days, I questioned myself on if I really submitted one, so I resubmitted one about 3 weeks ago, no response. I’m asking to please be unbanned, as I have NEVER cheated before, or some clarification about the situation. I had about 3-4 million gp I remember, and I had unlocked my first GL, SLKR, about a month ago.
