Protection shield data disk not working

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Epic protection shield data disk in conquest is equipped but not activating at all. I have tested this in a bunch of battles with different teams and different opponents. Haven't seen it trigger yet. I also have zealous ambition disk equipped in case that is somehow relevant.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

    Starting to see others reporting the same problem. So far it’s all been with blue (epic) protection shield disks. I also tried un-equipping and re-equipping, which didn’t help.

    Picked up a green protection shield which looks to be working normally so far.
