    This is working as intended in your case. You do not fulfil all the requirements:

    Requirements
    - 4 Million Galactic Power
    - Relic 3+ characters
    - Tiers are locked once 330 shards for the unit are obtained

This is working as intended in your case. You do not fulfil all the requirements:

@EA_Gunner Ok that's what I figured, but I would suggest that the UI be updated so that I know why I am locked out.
