I’ve had this same problem since August 30th. Been in fairly constant communication with the EA help but they offer little to no help. Just keep bouncing around the same answer. Hit restore purchase(isn’t one for PC). We see you have it just hit claim in game(wish I could). You bought bundles previous to that date that means you have it already(can’t seem to match the dates correctly from the 24th purchases to the 30th).
Even after giving multiple screenshots of the receipt with the date and also my transaction history that shows a purchase was made on the 30th.
