Purchase Failed game forced exit or reload

I am using the PC / Web version of SWGOH.  I stepped away for a while and came back.  I had a message in my inbox.  I went to it and it was a guild rewards for TW battle.  I clicked on it and the game came back with purchased failed.  I do I know if I received my rewards?  The message is gone.
