Purchase issue on game store

I payed for both the mercenary LST and the kyber LST both have not come into my account although I have payed for them. But if I pay for something new the previous purchase I made then comes into my account. You are making me purchase unnecessary things just so I can get the purchase I wanted in the first place. Please fix this soon.
