I purchased the Finalizer LSB Bundle through the web store yesterday, but the purchase failed. This is also reflected in the order history in my EA account. Unfortunately, the bundle no longer appears in the shop, so I can't attempt to buy it again, even though I haven’t received anything.

EA QV TeamYour purchase seem to have failed. try to attempt a different purchase and check if you get a pop-up error with a pending purchase. If yes, cancel it and reboot the game.
I tried, but it didn’t work either. The Raddus bundle was also gone without me even buying it. Really frustrating. Now the bundles are out of the shop anyway. The problem resolution is really unsatisfactory.
