Purchase problem with Hyperdrive bundle(SWGOH)

Hello everyone I will explain what is my problem because won't help me for 3 days almost.I bought the Hyperdrive bundle on sale at 4.05.2025 when I was buying it I went to the ea webstore SWGOH to see something then returned to the game fast and bought the bundle,I received a message that I have been taxed,for now everything is normal but when the window for the pay closes there is a message:Your session ran out... Please reload,I hit the button reload and don't receive anything.I said I'm gonna wait for a bit ,It has been 3 days where is my bundle.I have opened so many tickets everywhere no one helped me.

EA if you see this please message me and let's solve this problem please!
