Purchased Ahsoka LSB on EA Store, gave me crystals and not my character - SCAM?

I’ve paid £40 to get the Commander Ahsoka, which is a rip off in itself, and did so through the EA store. Basically got an inbox saying “there was an error with the purchase, but we’ve tried to reimburse you the best we could” and received £7k crystals. I didnt pay for crystals, I paid for the character… wth?

Any comment from EA would be appreciated as the help line is like shouting at a brick wall
