Purchased the Commander Ahsoka LSB

i just purchased the Ahsoka LSB and did not receive CAT can someone please look into this and help me out?
I have been charged. But received an error and crystals instead?

I had the exact same issue happen to me. Got an error message and some crystals instead of CAT.
It can be an issue on the webstore/pc client i have heard. they are usually good about sorting it
