So on 12/06 I purchased the Aphra lightspeed bundle and my card was charged, but I didn't receive it. I submitted a ticket (no follow up), tried to restore purchase (didn't work) and used chat support (they said it was a known issue and closed the ticket, no refund offered) What is the next step to get this fixed??

I came across the same issue. I tried multiple times to get this corrected through the help option in the game and the purchase restore option. They've also told me that it was a known issue and it's being worked one, but never gave an indication for me to know when this is corrected.
I bought the Luke Skywalker allies light speed bundle about three weeks ago, but my inventory is still not updated.
