I came across the same issue. I tried multiple times to get this corrected through the help option in the game and the purchase restore option. They've also told me that it was a known issue and it's being worked one, but never gave an indication for me to know when this is corrected.
I bought the Luke Skywalker allies light speed bundle about three weeks ago, but my inventory is still not updated.

The in game help also told me that the Luke Lightspeed bundle was sent to me. But I don't see it .

Thank you. I went into the game and verified my inventory. It worked and my inventory has been updated. Again, thank you so much for all of your help.
