Purchased Appo pack from online store not showing up

I recently purchased the $30 appo pack from the web-store but have still not gotten the pack in my inbox and it has been over 12 hours already

i have attached a screen shot when i try to press the pack on the webstore

my ally code is 397-838-198

can one of the ea help team look into it

My money is still on hold.&nbsp;also how do i re-buy the pack it just says unavailable when I try to buy.&nbsp;

Try changing stores to trigger the bundle to reappear. If possible, tap on the bundle and cancel the pending purchase.&nbsp;
