Purchased CUP LSB - Was charged. Didnt receive him or parsec rewards

Purchased the CUP LSB, was charged on my PayPal and did not receive him in game. Ally Code- 432-266-776

    This is still pending and never processed. is there a way to push it along? Never got the option to purchase it again after I bought CUP from the web store. Never got an in-game update, etc.
