We cannot help with this via the forums. Please contact support as mentioned above, they'll need to look into this for you further if the option to Restore Purchases did not change things.

In some cases it can take up to 24 hours for content to be delivered. If it's passed that point and you're still not seeing it, try using the option to restore your purchases in-game.
