Purchased Grand Inquisitor LSB and was given crystals instead of characters

I also got no response from the help on the website or in game 

Thank you.  Same has happened to me.  I've tried opening a case with the in game help, but no response.

I also bought grand inquisitor lightspeed bundle

I don’t get anything, no character, no crystals, no points Theft of "coaxia" on website

Bought Aphra LSB and it’s showing up in and out of game that I bought it, but not showing in game that my characters from the bundle are reliqued.

I know other people are posting about similar issues but I'm adding another post to the pile.

I bought the Grand Inquisitor LSB and received crytslas instead. I have raised a ticket using the in game help. Hopefully it gets fixed soon, it looks like this has happened before with other LSBs and been fixed.
