It's been 4 days since i bought the LSB, i contact the EA support and didn't get any help.

Still nothing I put another note into support but all we can do is keep pressing EA and CG

I'm really hoping this gets fixed soon, conquest is coming up in a few days and was the main reason I bought this LSB. I'm also seeing a lot of topics in here about people buying the episode pass and it not redeeming properly, so between these two issues I'm really wary of spending any more money on the game.
