Purchased Light Speed Bundle- have not received.

I have attached the picture of the purchase from the App Store but I blanked out the identification numbers and can provide that to whoever is assigned to resolve the issue.

I purchased the R2D2 pack last night and it disappeared from the store but didn’t give me the characters. I’ve tried the “Restore Purchases” and the in game help. 

i just want what I paid for, not sure why it’s so difficult to purchase something on the in game store.
