im not sitting on hold for another hour just to be disconnected again and my issue marked as resolved without even speaking to someone. I was charged. I just want my LSB or my money and the ability to purchase it again. I have spent well over $10,000 on this game and the customer service is HORRENDOUS for this issue. All I want is my LSB, not to sit on hold all day only to be disconnected.
