Purchased LSB - stuck in purchase pending -did not receive it

Summarize your bug Hey I bought several LSB. One purchase is stuck in Purchase Pending, order nr. 1005198099229.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? look at my purchase history.

Hello I purchased the Smugglers Lightspeed Bundle. I did not receive it, it does not show anymore in the shop. In my purchase history, it shows as "purchase pending". I bought several LSB before and afterwards, which all went through, but not this one. I tried "restore purchses" but that did not help either. Please can you help?

    It seems like the game somehow thinks I have it, but I don't have the Smuggler's Lightspeed Bundle:

    I don't have Outrider, Qi'ra, Vandor Chewbacca nor Enfy's Nest (I had Dash Rendar allready from other LSBs). Paypal did not get charged for this Lightspeed bundle either.

    Any chance this can get fixed?

    Just an update it is stated as purchase failed in the EA purchase history.

    Hey @EA_Gunner I tried to purchase it, somehow it failed (friday). I want to purchase it but it does not show in the shop, not on PC client, Webstore or in the mobile app. When someone tries to gift it to me, it says I am not eligible. So somehow the failed purchase seems to have brought in a problem with the game thinking I have it when I don't?
    I would really like to purchase it (i.e. see it in the shop again) or so that someone else can gift it to me.

    And sorry for being unclear, after I had contacted and received an answer from support I made a post on their suggestion here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Assistance-Needed-Smuggler-s-Lightspeed-Bundle-Purchase-Issue/m-p/14319852#M15722 and i forgot to update this one.

    The issue still persists:

    After the purchase failed, the status is now for several days:

    The LSB does not show in the shop, not on PC client, Webstore or in the mobile app. When someone tries to gift it to me, it says I am not eligible.

    Logging in and out, restoring purchase in the App etc. does not resolve the issue.

    I would really like to purchase the LSB once it is made available in the shop again or to be able to get it gifted (I am trying from an alt in the same guild and help of guild mates).
