Purchased Relic Bundle, arrived with crystals instead

Hi,

I've tried with EA Help but they have blocked me at every turn, stating I am not providing evidence as per their "help link" https://help.ea.com/in/help/account/how-to-provide-proof-of-purchase/ - but the help link does not show you how to provide anything relating to the PC client so I'm stuck in a loop with them and copy + paste answers.

Could somebody please help?


This is the text from my support chat:

"I purchased a relic bundle on the webapp and it was credited to my account

Upon restarting my pc client, I claimed my items and then had a pop up on the right have side under EVENT ACTIVE and GUILD EVENT and clicked it offering me the same bundle again, so I purchased this.

It then took payment and only credited me crystals. I do not wish to have the crystals and if you check my purchase history on the account you can follow/see this too - that I have never wished to buy crystals.

Please can the transaction be reversed and the crystals taken from me, or may I have the bundle contents that I intended to purchase credited instead?
